What do you bring to Keypath Education as Executive Vice President of Business Development?
I bring experience in leading cross-functional teams in several locations around the world to achieve partner goals and objectives. Through building strong and valuable relationships with our partners, Keypath Education can grow our enrollment marketing, program management, international recruitment and career preparation initiatives.
How do you measure your success?
To reduce measurement to the most honest definition, we are not successful unless our partners are successful. The key performance indicators are partner tenure, number of new partners and financial objectives being met.
What’s the best lesson you’ve learned in business?
Do the right thing. There is no replacement for integrity.
What excites you about higher education?
We are directly impacting people’s lives, and as part of the Keypath Education team, you have a sense of that even in working behind the scenes. Keypath Education is on the forefront of moving beyond enrollment to enhance student outcomes, and for me, that’s an exciting change to be a part of.
What’s the one hobby you couldn’t live without?
Running. It’s a healthy morning ritual that helps me prioritize what I need to accomplish that day.
