Some CFOs only go as far as the numbers. Patrick isn’t that kind of CFO. In fact, it’s not uncommon for Patrick to get involved in Keypath Education's strategic and operational projects to improve processes, because as he puts it, “When you’re in a growth business, you need to free up people’s time to work on the important projects that drive the growth.”
What do you bring to Keypath Education as Chief Financial Officer?
I have more than 20 years of leadership, finance and strategy experience spent growing public and private companies in a number of different industries. I believe the diversity of this experience will be invaluable as Keypath Education continues to expand its service line and establishes its footprint across the globe.
How do you measure your success?
Success is measured by having a highly engaged team delivering exceptional results for our partners, fellow teammates and the communities within which we work.
What’s the best lesson you’ve learned in business?
The success of a company is dependent on the quality of its employees. So it is important to always be recruiting, training and mentoring effectively to ensure that we have the strongest and most dedicated team.
What excites you about higher education?
